		<description>Great comment Jim - completely agree.  Our basic premise is that you need two things: 1.) you need the broad participation that you so accurately detailed and 2.) you have to arm these people with the information and tools to make quick and accurate decisions.

We see both lacking in many situations.  Combine this with the dynamics of the marketplace and you're at a competitive disadvantage.</description>
