Turning the tide indeed! We have seen this too, but it hasn't been easy. My firm launched the web's first Database-as-a-Service offering in 1999. Back then few companies appreciated what SaaS benefits were. Education was a big part of our sales effort. Fast forward nearly 10 years and the on-demand software industry is finally gaining the respect it deserves.</description>
