I personally implemented Kinaxis Rapid Resonse (formerly webPlan) from consultation, negotiations on s/ware, maint, support through to data mapping, mfr roll -out, training and going live. The system paid itself back twice in 12 mths, therefore I can vouch for it. I am currently finishing an implementation on Sales & OPs planning. I have carried out the process and procedures and it has been live for approx 4 weeks. I will share with you early May a detailed write-up on both Rapid Response benefits of roll-out plus the S&OP benefits.
