Rob Archer joined Kinaxis in early 2007. As an Integration Consultant, he works with customers during their initial implementation or RapidResponse. His role is to help Kinaxis customers with the process of getting reliable data in to the system, and ensuring that the Customers see value as quickly as possible.
Prior to Kinaxis, Rob spent 26 years in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. His various roles ranged from Project Management, to Customer Support Management, to Engineering Management. His experiences include ERP and PDM system selection and integration, as well as deep involvement in the Electronics Supply Chain supporting customer quotations and production.
