
Carol McIntosh assumed the role of business consultant for Kinaxis in July 2000. Carol has been involved in numerous sales cycles resulting in the partnership of customers such as RIM, Qualcomm, Hubbell, and Agilent to name a few. Carol supports companies through their decision making process by focusing on their business challenges, providing guidance on opportunities for improvement through the use of RapidResponse, demonstrating RapidResponse, and ensuring that value is clearly evident through a return on investment assessment.
Prior to joining Kinaxis, Carol held a number of management positions in the supply chain industry, including that of supply chain manager, customer service manager, planning manager, purchasing manager, and individual contributor roles in supply chain planning. Carol worked for Nortel Networks, SCI Systems and NCR. Carol was also a former customer of Kinaxis and has directly benefited from use of the solution.
Carol earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
