Chuck Thomas joined Kinaxis in 2001 as a member of the Solutions Consulting team, working with customers during initial deployments and afterward to get additional value from their investment in RapidResponse. In his current role, Chuck is responsible for developing and coordinating professional services, and customer satisfaction in the installed customer base.
Prior to joining Kinaxis, Chuck held various operations management and supply chain positions over 18 years in the Aerospace industry. He has broad experience in implementing best practices and achieving sustainable, real-world solutions along with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Chuck holds a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University.
