The three day program is split into streams dedicated to supply chain, transportation & logistics and material handling; And, this year it is located in Dallas, TX, December 3–5, 2012.

On December 5th we will be hosting a panel discussion, “Supply Chain Transformation Leadership”, moderated by Roddy Martin. The panel brings together accomplished executive-level thought leaders from leading companies on the supply chain journey to global demand-driven value network transformation.

The panel will discuss cross-industry best practices required to be successful in end-to-end supply chain transformation and business performance improvement in today’s volatile market environment. Topics such as change leadership, IT business alignment, organization effectiveness, evolving S&OP capabilities, transformation of global planning, and the emerging use and critical value of Control Towers will be explored.
